If you are a Mattermost partner or would like to become one, you can contact the Mattermost Partner Program team directly through the Mattermost Support Portal. This article explains the steps to submit a partner-related request.

How to Submit a Partner Program Request

1. Go to the Mattermost Support Portal: https://support.mattermost.com/hc/en-us
2. Click Contact Support at the top right of the page.
3. Select Submit a request.
4. In the “Please choose your issue” dropdown, select: Mattermost Partner Program
5. Fill in the required fields:
   • Your email address
   • Subject
   • Description – Provide as much detail as possible about your partner request.
   • Primary Contact Name
   • Company Name
   • Business Type
   • Any additional requested information
6. Submit the form. Your request will be routed directly to the Mattermost Partner Program team for review and follow-up.

What Happens Next?

Once your request is submitted, the Partner Program team will review your details and contact you via email for next steps, clarification, or onboarding information.
