Eligibility for Mattermost Staging/Testing Licenses

Mattermost offers staging/testing licenses to help customers validate new features, perform upgrade testing, and manage pre-production environments effectively. These additional licenses are available exclusively to customers with the Premier Support add-on.

Who is Eligible?

Only customers who have purchased the Premier Support add-on are entitled to request staging/testing licenses. These licenses are provided as a benefit to support more robust testing and staging workflows, ensuring smoother deployments and upgrades.

How to Request a Staging/Testing License

If your organization has Premier Support, you can request a staging/testing license by reaching out directly to your Customer Success Manager (CSM). Your CSM will guide you through the process and provide the appropriate license file.
