The Mattermost Support Portal is the way to contact the support team, create new tickets, check in on existing tickets, and search through the online documentation and knowledge base.
To access the Support Portal:
- Open a browser to https://mattermost.zendesk.com/ and select Sign in.
- If this is the first time accessing the Mattermost Support Portal you'll need to create an account. Select Sign in, then select one of the following links (ensure the same email address used to correspond on any existing tickets):
- When you've logged in, the Mattermost Help Center will reload. Select the profile icon in the top-right toolbar and choose My Activities to see solved and active tickets.
