Support channels
- Support Portal - To submit a request to our team, go to https://support.mattermost.com/ and select Submit a Request in the top right. Make sure you're logged in to ensure proper routing.
- Mattermost channel - Premier customers have the option for a direct Mattermost support channel. Check with your Mattermost Admin to see if one has already been established.

We currently don't offer an inbound phone number for support. Opening a ticket in the support portal is the best way to ensure your ticket is routed to the correct team.
