How to Authorize an existing member as Channel Admin

Solution

To Authorize an existing channel member as Channel admin, follow the below steps:

1. Go to System Console > USER MANAGEMENT > Channels > Click “Edit” on the specific channel.
   
   
2. Then Under “Members” > click on the specific user role option >select “Make Channel Admin” > click Save
