Accessing the Mattermost Support Portal

If you’ve worked with the Mattermost Support Team before or have just submitted a ticket then you already have an account with the email address that you would have used.  

Customers can self-serve access solved and active tickets in the following way:


  1. Open a browser to
  2. If this is your first time accessing the Mattermost Support Portal you will need to create an account.  Click on Sign-In, then click  on one of the following links (ensure you use the same email address used to correspond on any existing tickets):
    1. "New to Mattermost? Sign up", or
    2. "Have you emailed us? Get a password"
  3. Once you are successfully logged in you'll be taken back to the Mattermost Help Center.  Click on your profile on the top-right toolbar and choose "My Activities" to see your solved and active tickets.mceclip0.png
