The Mattermost Support Portal is the way to contact the support team, create new tickets, check in on existing tickets, and search through the online documentation and knowledge base.
To access the Support Portal:
- Open a browser to https://mattermost.zendesk.com/ and click "Sign in".
- If this is the first time accessing the Mattermost Support Portal an account will need to be created. Click on "Sign in", then click on one of the following links (ensure the same email address used to correspond on any existing tickets):
- After successfully logging in, the Mattermost Help Center will reload. Click on the profile icon in the top-right toolbar and choose "My Activities" to see solved and active tickets.
